General Policies:
Adult Only Inn Accommodations
No Smoking. We are a no smoking property and a fee of $250 will be applied for smoking in the rooms or on patios.
Under no circumstance should you enter the vineyard, eat the fruit, or touch the plants.
Vincent William Wine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
No kitchen appliances (e.g., crock pots, hot plates) or open flames are allowed in any areas.
Registered guests only are permitted for overnight stays; no external caterers or entertainers.
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM, ensuring all guests can enjoy a peaceful environment.
The winery is an active and lively environment, with potential evening festivities until 11:00PM.
Pool and hot tub is reserved for registered guests of the Inn only.
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on premises
Pool hours are 9am to 10pm.
No kitchen appliance or similar (hot plates, crock pots, etc.) can be utilized in any lobby area or guest suites. Furthermore, the use of any open flame in any hotel setting on property is strictly prohibited. Guest will be responsible for all damages due to open flames.
Guests are expected to treat property and amenities with care, interact courteously with staff, and maintain a peaceful environment for other guests. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if these expectations are not met, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Cancellation Policy
Full Charge - Full Charge - If canceled within 14 days of arrival
Partial Charge - 50% Refund - If canceled within 29 days of arrival
Full Refund - Within 24 hours of reservation if made 48 hours or more in advance
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in begins at 3pm EST. Guests must present a valid credit card at check-in for pre-authorization of all taxes, fees and incidental charges. Vincent William Wine does not keep or store credit card data.
Check-in begins at 4 PM EST.
Check-out time is 11 AM EST.
Booking Policy
Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required for payment at the time of booking.
Rates Exclusion: Unless otherwise stated, rates do not include taxes, gratuities, resort fees, service charges, or incidental charges.
Charge Agreement: By booking this reservation, guests agree to pay all charges associated with their stay, including room charges, taxes, and damages or missing hotel items.
Room Preferences: Vincent William Wine cannot guarantee specific combinations of rooms (regarding views, locations, etc.). Reasonable substitutions will be made as necessary, and preferences will be honored when available.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization: Guests must present a valid credit card for pre-authorization of taxes, fees, and incidental charges.
Data Security: Vincent William Wine does not keep or store credit card data.
Dining and Beverage Policy:
We offer a complimentary pastry breakfast from 7am to 10am. Restaurant and bar service is available during operating hours.
Guests are responsible for all personal charges incurred during their stay, including damages or missing items.
Dress Code:
Restaurant and bar, casual but presentable attire is recommended.
When going to and from the pool, all guests must be properly dressed when entering the building. Cover Ups and dresses are okay. Shirts and shoes or sandals must be worn.
In-Room Gatherings
Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays. Parties and gatherings are not allowed, and outside caterers or entertainment vendors are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Prohibited Areas: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all buildings and outside entrances, patios, and pathways.
Designated Smoking Area: Tobacco smoking is allowed only in parking lots away from building entrances.
Recovery Fee: A room recovery fee of at least $250 per room will be charged for non-compliance to restore the guest room to a smoke-free condition.
Pet Policy
No Pets: No pets (including emotional support animals) are allowed in guest rooms or on the property.
Winery Lobbies & Common Area Guidelines
The following list highlights the common area and lobbies guidelines. ALL guests should understand that strict adherence to these guidelines will be expected and enforced.
QUIET TIME begins at 11:00pm in the common area and lobbies, Shared Patio, and entire Vincent William Wine grounds.
Common area and lobbies are to be enjoyed by registered guests ONLY. Registered guests only are permitted for overnight stays.
Common area and lobbies CANNOT be used for hair and makeup, family gathering, wedding party gatherings, photo sessions, etc. All guests are to be checked in with Guest Services prior to utilizing the lobby area. Call Guest Services for assistance with clean up of the common area and lobbies.
Do not place personal items in the common area and lobbies. This includes party supplies, apparel, etc. Please keep the common area and lobbies orderly and available for other guests.
iPods, radios, etc. CANNOT be utilized in the common area and lobbies.
Furniture and Appliances: Do not move furniture, and no personal appliances are allowed in the common area and lobbies.
Refrigerators: Available in some guest suites are for personal items, while those in the common area are not to be touched.
Housekeeping:
Complimentary turndown service on the first night. Please request at time of registration for nightly turndown service
Eco friendly towel program, towels left on the floor will be replaced with fresh ones. All towels will be replaced with fresh ones after 3 uses
Bathroom towels are not permitted in the pool area. Beach towels will be provided poolside
Your Stay
Additional Requests: All additional or special requests are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the provision for special requests. Any additional requests should be made prior to your arrival at the resort, giving reasonable advance notice.
Medical Conditions: If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please call Reservations to advise us so we can make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision.
Circumstances beyond our control: We cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These include (but are not limited to) adverse weather conditions, fire, riot, war, terrorist activity (or threat of such activity), industrial dispute, natural disaster, or injuries and death of an individual(s) through accidental circumstances unconnected with the resort.
Pool: Health Rules
Pool Hours: Open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Swimming while the pool is closed is strictly prohibited.
Attire: Wear proper swimming attire. No cut-offs or nudity are allowed.
Shower: Swimmers must shower before using the pool.
Diaper Policy: No cloth or disposable diapers are permitted in the water. If feces or vomit are detected, the pool will be closed for at least one hour.
Health Restrictions: Guests with open sores, bandages, contagious or skin diseases should avoid using the pool.
Hygiene: No gum or spitting allowed. Food and drinks are permitted only in designated areas and not in the water.
Outside Food and Drink: Only food and beverages served by the resort can be consumed in the pool area.
Litter: Please use the proper receptacles for disposal.
Pool: Safety Rules
Proper Dress: Guests must wear proper attire (cover-ups, dresses, shirts, shoes, or sandals) when moving to and from the pool and entering the building.
Swim at Your Own Risk: Resort management is not responsible for injuries or accidents sustained by guests using the pool.
Access Restriction: The pool is reserved for resort guests and members only.
Age Restriction: Children under 12 are not allowed in the pool or Jacuzzis.
Health Advisory: Elderly people, pregnant women, and individuals needing medical care should avoid the pool and Jacuzzis.
Glass Containers: Not allowed in the pool area.
Floor Safety: The floor is slippery when wet. Walk, don't run.
Alcohol/Tobacco Prohibition: No alcohol or tobacco products near the pools.
Intoxication: Swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Wheeled Devices: No skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller skates, or roller blades in the pool area.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
Electronic Devices: No electrical/electronic appliances like radios or mini-TVs near the pool.
Inclement Weather: Swimming is not allowed during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or lightning. The pool will close in such conditions.
Valuables: Do not leave valuables unattended; the resort is not responsible for losses.
Inflatables: The use of air mattresses and inflatable toys depends on the number of swimmers and lifeguard/pool attendant approval.
Horseplay: No dunking, throwing, running, pushing, or rough play on the deck. No "chicken fights" or wrestling.
Climbing: Climbing on poles, fences, trash receptacles, guard chairs, or pool covers is prohibited.
Ladders: Pool ladders are only for exiting the water. Do not linger on them.
Public Displays of Affection: Excessive public displays of affection in the water are not allowed.
By making a booking you are accepting the above policy and all responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid to the resort owner or manager on demand. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made (together with our own and the other party's full legal costs) as a result of your actions
